I’m trapped in a CFA prep course and I need it to graduate. What is the best way to study all of that material

investment courses
ChevyD asked:

I have no interest in taking the CFA at all. I acutally signed up for an investments course, the teacher then changed the curriculum. I can remember a lot of things but how do I learn books 1-5 in 12 weeks and keep up with my other four classes?

The prep course IS the way to study. However, you are asking how you can possibly take it and do your other 4 classes (presumably 16 credits) at the same time. Well, you’re in a tight situation because the CFA prep course work takes about 250 hours to study for. But you can do it in 12 weeks. I did it with a full time investment banking job and taking the CFA prep courses. You just need to be very disciplined and you’re not going to have much fun. But you can do it. You just don’t WANT to do it because it is going to be really really hard. Nobody is forcing you to do it. You can drop out. That’s up to you.
