Well, neither would be wrong, but I think that when you are speaking of the hotel as a destination, “at” would be best.
Such as “their wedding reception was AT the Hilton.
Of course, when you say at you mean “in”, since you will most likely be IN the hotel, but at is a bit of wordplay to make things seem more impressive than they really are.

either; I’d use at for an event like this, but in is okay.
In plain text like this it looks like part of the seminar topic; if the topic isn’t distinguished by quotes or typeface or something in the actual document, I’d move the hotel info to after seminar or reformulate the sentence.
