I think these are all scams….the best thing I can suggest is to go to a local community college and take a non-credit real estate course.

this way, you know the teacher and practices are legit, and not just someone else out there trying to get you to give them your money

The best one I have found for a beginner investor is titled “The weekend millionaires secrets to real estate investing” by Mike Summey and Roger Dawson. It will take you step by step on how to make a plan and how to put it into action. I only wish I would have found this book sooner than I did.
